Your workspace account
To join a team, generate a one-time coach access code and share it directly with that team's administrator. A code expires after 24 hours and works once. It does not share any of your other teams' data.
Workspaces and accounts
Platform setup can provision accounts and create workspaces. Team data still requires a membership. New accounts must change their temporary password on first sign-in.
Recover a workspace account
Platform operator only. Verify the coach's identity directly before resetting. This signs the account out across all teams, invalidates its join codes and volunteer links, and requires a new password at next sign-in. Team memberships and records stay unchanged. Platform operator accounts require recovery by the identity-provider owner.
Share the temporary password directly with the verified coach. A retry confirms the same operation. No email or invitation is sent.
Team access
Use a code generated by that coach after signing in. Removing a member affects only this workspace. To add a removed coach again, ask for a fresh code.
Team backup and restore
Download a private backup of this workspace's saved games, observation history and main rosters. It excludes account access, passwords and volunteer links. Keep the file private. Unsynchronized device entries are not included.
Backup limit: 50 MB of saved records and 2,000 records per archive. Records transfer separately; oversized archives fail visibly without truncation.
Only backups issued by this same workspace can be restored. Games receive new IDs; main rosters receive labelled team names. Interrupted restores can be resumed by selecting the same file again. Older small backups remain supported. A restore does not restore memberships, active QR links or pending offline entries.

Offline tracking
Prepare an open game while connected. Prepared private games can be opened on this device for up to 24 hours. Access is checked again when entries synchronize. Pending entries are retained for recovery; synchronize each prepared device before ending the game.
Volunteer QR links
One helper, one game, one role. Links expire after 12 hours. Helpers see team totals and their own entries, without player rosters, reports or coach notes. Anyone with the link can use that limited role; revoke it when finished.
